Summer 2011
Rates: $3200 per week plus $125 cleaning fee plus a refundable damage deposit of $500
- minimum of week rental during the summer high season
Off season 2010/11 weeks available starting after October 17 and before May 1
Off season Rates: $1500 per week plus a $125 cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit of $500
Off season weekend specials: $600 for 3 day/2 nights plus $ 275 for each additional night
Usual cleaning fee and damage deposits apply
