Rental Rate Schedule
Summer 2008 No time August - (Owner uses it in August)
Rates: $2500 per week plus $100 cleaning fee plus a refundable damage deposit of $500
Fall rates 2007
(9/15 until 10/13) :
$1800 per week plus a $100 cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit of $500
Off season 2007/08 weeks available starting after October 13 and before May 1
Off season Rates: $1200 per week plus a $100 cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit of $500
Off season weekend specials: $500 for 3 day/2 nights plus $ 225 for each additional night
Usual cleaning fee and damage deposits apply
