Here you will see pictures showing you all the parts of the gameroom on the ground floor. There is a wet bar, pool table, seating area with a TV. Also on the floor is a large bathroom which also contains the washer and dryer.

Ground Floor Gameroom
Pool Table, Seating, Sleeping and More
Downstairs is a gameroom which features a wet bar area including a microwave, sink and refrigerator. There is a sitting area with a TV in the entertainment center. The TV also has a VCR. The queen sleeper sofa is in this area. Behind the sleeper sofa is a wall of shelves with many books to read that are recent best sellers and other interesting subjects. There is a 7 foot pool table with all the needed accessories to play. There is plenty of room downstairs for children to play when they want to stay cool on those hot days. The third bedroom is also on this level as well as a bath with shower and the laundry.
The front of the game room has sliding glass doors which lead out to a paved patio with seating outside for enjoying the views and yard at the ground level. Right next to the patio is an outside shower where people can get rid of all the sand and salt before going into the house. There are flowers and other nice landscaping surrounding the patio to enhance the pleasure of just sitting outside enjoying the weather and views.
