Below you will find the costs of rental for both high season and off season, plus off season weekends. We have a 2 night minimum in the off season and a one week minimum in the summer. We keep the calendar updated when we receive signed contracts with payments.

Providence Airport - 45 min.

Rental Rate Schedule

Summer 2012
Rates: $3000 per week plus $150 cleaning fee plus a refundable damage deposit of $500 - minimum of week rental during the summer high season

Off season 2011/12 weeks available starting after October 17 and before May 1
Off season Rates: $1500 per week plus a $150 cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit of $500

Off season weekend specials: $600 for 3 day/2 nights plus $ 275 for each additional night
Usual cleaning fee and damage deposits apply
