Note that what were two small bedrooms on the front are now made into one large bedroom.

The bathroom off the hall, which was so small, will also now be much larger.

The master bedroom will have French doors leading to the back yard.

The bedroom downstairs which has been used as an office will now become a bedroom and will be the 3rd bedroom for the renters.
